Dr. Sergei Gradsky is a Russian scientist working for Biocyte Pharmaceuticals and a minor character in Mission: Impossible II. He is also Dr. Vladimir Nekhorvich's friend.

From the images retrieved by Ethan Hunt and his team, Gradsky was infected by the Chimera virus and his red blood cells were destroyed within 20 hours. Gradsky dies in 34 hours after exposure.
