Maggie (Quigley) Q (b. 1979) plays IMF agent Zhen Lei in Mission: Impossible III.
Quigley is a Hawaiian actress who has appeared in movies such as Naked Weapon, Rice Rhapsody, Dragon Heat, The Counting House, Live Free or Die Hard, Balls of Fury, Deception, and most recently Divergent. She's was also recently in the TV series, Nikita which is based on the 1990 action-thriller of the same name portraying the titular character, Nikita Mears. She also did some voicing acting as Wonder Woman in the DC animated series, Young Justice.
